Help with the NOOP app
Most setup questions are answered in our guides: start with Troubleshooting and the FAQ, or the troubleshooting section of the Android, iPhone, Mac and pairing guides.
We write guides about NOOP, but we don't develop it, so we can't fix the app. For that, go to the NOOP project:
- Setup help and release news: r/NoopBand on Reddit and NOOP's Discord.
- Bugs: open an issue on GitHub. Include your NOOP version, device and strap model, and attach your strap log.
- Questions and ideas: GitHub Discussions.
